The energy and infrastructure company Jakson Group revealed that it has formed a strategic alliance with Powernsun, based in Dubai, to provide Powernsun with exclusive distribution rights for solar products in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra. A statement from the business said that Jakson Group will produce the goods at its Noida plant. By working together, we hope to greatly strengthen Jakson's distribution network and advance the region's and the world's transition to sustainable energy.

According to a release, the group has established a strategic agreement with Powernsun, a Dubai-based expert in selling solar components, for the exclusive distribution of its solar product portfolio, which includes inverters and solar panels, in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra.

"We are strengthening our commitment to sustainable development with our increased 1.2 GW manufacturing capability and by constructing important projects like solar rooftop at Ayodhya Airport, followed by a 40 MW power plant in the state.

Anurag Garg, CEO of Jakson Solar Modules and Products Business, stated in the statement, "We have delivered over 1, 00,000 solar modules produced at our Noida facility, in these significant solar power projects which demonstrates our persistent commitment to addressing the growing demand for clean energy."

The agreement is in line with the shared objectives of both entities, which are to increase the affordability and accessibility of solar energy solutions.

It is a major step toward fulfilling India's aspirational goals for a clean and sustainable energy future, in keeping with the nation's net zero pledge by 2070.

Since its founding in 1947, the Jakson Group has expanded from focusing on the manufacturing of diesel generators to offering a wide range of energy solutions.

Among other things, the company's expertise includes distributed energy, solar power, renewable energy sources, and alternative fuels.
